Come join us on the last Monday of the month at the Remedy Cafe on 109 St for Charts and Chai where we talk about all things fertility awareness!

Fertility Awareness is the general term for a consistent and reliable approach to observing, recording and interpreting the signs of female fertility. It may be used for the prevention or achievement of pregnancy, and to deepen menstruators’s knowledge of their reproductive health through all stages of life.

Everyone is welcome regardless of gender, sexual orientation, or knowledge level. Feel free to bring along partners, kids, friends, and family. All meetings are breastfeeding-friendly. There is a suggested donation of $10 to attend (which can be waived in case of financial necessity).

FACC meetings are facilitated by Rose Yewchuk, HRHP, and Chloe Skerlak, HRHP.

Location: Remedy Cafe, 8631 109 St NW, Edmonton, AB

"It was so fascinating learning about how my body works and understanding the changes it goes through on a monthly basis. Once I started watching my body on a daily basis it seemed so simple and the signs so obvious. I almost felt angry that I had never been told about mucus patterns before! Within months of coming of the pill I felt like a burden had been lifted and I was continually telling girlfriends of mine that I felt more like a woman, more in tune with my body, and sexier."
