Introduction to Fertility Awareness

Event Details

Find out what they never taught you in sex ed! Fertility Awareness charting is a form of body literacy that will help you understand when you’re fertile, how your cycles work, and how to manage your hormonal health. We’ll look at how to use this knowledge as highly effective birth control or for conscious conception, and explain why period tracker apps just aren’t reliable.

This talk is a comprehensive introduction to Fertility Awareness charting – learn everything you need to know to get started and have all your questions answered!

Presented by Rose Yewchuk, HRHP, and Chloe Skerlak, HRHP, on behalf of the Fertility Awareness Charting Circle Edmonton.

Everyone welcome regardless of gender or knowledge level. Feel free to bring along partners, kids, friends, and family. This event is breastfeeding-friendly.

Praise for Rose!

"Rose educates in a fun and light hearted way that makes it easy to learn! I was able to use the fertility awareness method successfully as birth control for about 10 years, and when I was ready to start a family my partner and I were able to use the fertility awareness method to conceive."
