Pain Free Periods

Do you intuitively know that something’s out of balance with your hormones, even though your doctor says that all your test results are normal?

Do you have PMS, mood swings, breast tenderness, and other premenstrual symptoms?

Do you have irregular cycles, or painful periods that knock you out for a week or more at a time?

Do you have questions about your hormonal health and your menstrual cycles? Are you wondering: “Is this normal?”

Do you take care of your health and prefer natural options?

Do you want to be more connected to your body and understand the reasons behind your symptoms so that you can heal them?

Get support so you can get answers.

There’s so much social shame around menstruation that it can be hard to talk about your period problems. And it can be even harder to find someone willing to listen! Many women (and others who are transgender or non-binary) endure years of suffering with painful periods. Sex ed classes don’t cover what is or isn’t normal, and the culture of shame and silence around menstruation makes it difficult to get help or support.

Being in constant pain during your period is actually NOT normal. Debilitating cramps, fuzzy thinking, and heavy blood loss are reasons to be concerned. Wild mood swings, sore breasts, and exhaustion are signs from your body that your hormones are out of balance.

It doesn’t have to be this way.

Most of the time, medical professionals want to prescribe the birth control pill (or other synthetic hormonal contraceptives) to “regulate” menstrual periods. While these drugs may provide some relief from symptoms, they do nothing to address the underlying causes of your hormonal problems. There are holistic, natural options to help you feel better, whether your concern is menstrual pain, intense PMS, or irregular periods. You even have natural options to address serious conditions such as endometriosis, fibroids, PCOS, or chronic fatigue.

Allora pictureI suffer from Endometriosis and I wanted to learn how to deal with it on a more natural level as I had been on the birth control pill my whole life. It’s so amazing the transformation my body has taken. I went from having severe cramps, intense menstruation with a duration of 12 days long. I couldn’t hardly walk because of the pain as well as how weak my body would get.

Learning how to chart and take Rose’s professional recommendations has helped tremendously. I now have 5-6 day menstruation, I have no more cramps, I can go to work and be happy about it knowing I’m not in pain any more, and the best of all I know the exact date of when it will arrive!

I followed all of Rose’s recommendations and my body kept getting better and better. Her on-going support and true connection really helped. Rose was able to teach me how to be empowered and to make sound decisions about what is right for my body. I thank Rose for giving me the knowledge and the time to help me heal naturally. Now that I have been a client of Rose, I will continue to recommend her to anyone looking for someone like her.

"Rose helped me ease my PMS with supplement suggestions. She was always very thorough in researching any concerns or questions I had, going over and beyond a couple times! My boyfriend has commented on the change in my mood swings, decline in my overall "crankiness," and super happy about my increased sex drive. I feel like our relationship has improved as a result."
